Our friends at PuroClean requested some donated Benefect Decon 30 to help StrayPaws, a not-for-profit animal shelter in Florida devastated by hurricane Irma.  The storm brought in contaminated flood waters & debris & caused a loss of power.  Unsanitary conditions & poor air circulation meant a risk of heat stroke & illness which forced emergency relocation of the animals while the property could be restored.  Working through the night all of the animals were saved but this traumatic situation used up all of the shelter's available funds.  The Benefect Community Fund was happy to contribute to the clean-up costs & we thank PuroClean for bringing us this opportunity to give back ...

After hurricane Harvey went through Houston Texas in August it left many buildings and homes underwater. Houston Northwest Church mobilized an army of volunteers to help the city recover. Although the church auditorium was not affected the did get water in three buildings in two places.  The Church immediately set up www.welovehou.com to take donations of product and raise money to help rebuild their community.
