On behalf of the local United Methodist Church Disaster service committee and our local ERT (Early Response team) disaster group for the Western Reserve District of the East Ohio Conference for the United Methodist Church, I want to extend our gratitude and appreciation for your gracious donation of the 60 gallons of the Benefect Botanical Decon 30 chemical for our ERT teams use in response to flood and water clean-up disaster needs. It is my understanding that this chemical retails for $35 a gallon, which means your gracious donation has a value of $2,100 without shipping costs. We are a non-profit, volunteer organization so this donation will go a long way for our disaster response efforts in helping families in need.
We are appreciative of Jeff Suszynski, the Owner of the local Paul Davis Restoration of Auburn OH for introducing us to your chemical and organization. Jeff and his organization recently provided our ERT team with training on current water and mold clean-up practices they utilize with their organization. Our volunteer team learned a lot that day to improve our capabilities in servicing those in need of clean-up services who don’t have the insurance or funds to hire an organization like Paul Davis to help them.
Your chemical donation will not only allow us to better serve families in need but also provide our own team members with less exposure to harmful chemicals!
Again, thank you for your gracious donation. Please let me know if you need a formal donation receipt for tax reasons. We wish you and your organization continued blessings and success in your work!
Yours Truly,
Mike W.
